Cartoon of Condi Rice

Hey, I do not think this is a great cartoon and there is no caption to give it humor. But I think she is an easy character to "cartoonize" in fact just about anyone can get a likeness with Condi Rice.

She has that dreadful hairstyle as if it is a wig made from plastic of some sort, then coated with a glue hair gel. A force 10 gale would not knock a hair out of place - so basically the hair is very easy to capture. Then there is the smile, always a broad one showing pearly whites with a nice gap in the middle. Very easy for a cartoonist.
