Every day is a quality day I can spend with my children

I have lived by the motto, *A* bad day with my children is still a good day.” No matter what happens, whether they yell, or scream, or are just plain difficult, it is still a good day.
When I look at my children, I can feel the emotional attachment and enjoyment that comes with being a parent and loving your child. A day at the water park, a trip to the movies, a school activity, is simply wonderful.
As my children grow older their needs and wants change. Now instead of telling them where we are going to go, I can discuss with them what they want to do.
Sometimes, it is simply driving them to a friend’s house for a day or a sleep over, or picking them up from school so they don’t have to take the school bus home.
You see, every moment you spend with your child, is quality time. Even if you have a bad day with them, it is still a great day. Quality time with your children is not measured in what you do, or how much money you spent with them. It is measured by the quality of love and devotion you show your child. It can be a telephone call with a word of encouragement, or a pat on the back, and of course, my favorite, a hug.
I simply let my children know, they can always rely on me, I will always have time for them, and they are the most important thing in my life.
