Family Memories Live On

The times I baked cookies in the kitchen with Mom
And my brother played ball with my Dad

The house always filled with wonderful smells
The memories are clear in my head
Memories I hold, oh so dear to me

Of family, good times and old friends
The passage of time will never erase
That is what love of family intends

So when your family is with you, in good times or bad
The love that you’ll find there,
can nowhere else be had

Cherish those times,
for soon they’ll be gone
Only memories you’ll have that will ever live on
