Funny Facts For Funny Families
Insect legs in chocolate bars There are millions of funny facts in this world that will surprise even the biggest know it all. I found a bunch of facts that were interesting to me, some I am not sure I wanted to know like the fact that the average chocolate bar has eight insect legs in it and that the average person will eat eight spiders throughout their lifetime at night. Maybe that is why on average more people in the world are more afraid of spiders than death. Who is afraid of dying? People are also more afraid of public speaking than of dying...so according to this logic it is better to be the one in the casket then the one giving the eulogy. Sleepy Dolphins Some other funny facts is what dolphins are afraid of but did you know they always sleep with one eye open? And cat's can hear even the quietest church mouse because they have 32 muscles in each ear. Turtles breathing through their butts! Yuk! What funny facts are these? I would hate to be a butterfly because they can taste with their feet, and I wouldn't want to taste most of the places I walk. I don't think I would want to be a turtle either, not just because they are slow but they can breathe through their butts, I hope they don't fart a lot. So what animal would YOU like to be? Have you ever been asked what animal you would be if you could choose? Maybe knowing a few facts will help you make your decision. I definitely would not want to be an octopus. They have been known to chew their own arms off in times of stress. If I was going to be a fish, I think I would want to be a shark because it is the only fish that blinks with both eyes. I think I am more like a goldfish, though, because their attention span is only three seconds long - talk about a creature with A.D.D. At least they will never get bored in their fish bowl, it is a new experience every time they swim around it. Did you know that a tiger has striped skin, not just striped fur? So even if you shave your tiger, it will still be striped; so I guess it's true when they say a tiger can't change its stripes. Big eyes, little brain I wouldn't want to be an ostrich because their eyes are bigger than their brain and their cousin the EMU might not be a great animal to be because they can't walk backwards and they eat their own poop. No thanks! And if you don't want to be a polar bear because they hibernate all the time, don't worry that isn't actually true. Only pregnant females hibernate all winter. A polar bear typist? A polar bear might be a good choice though because all polar bears are left handed which would make them good at typing because most secretaries do 56% of their typing with their left hand. The longest word that you type with just your left hand is the word "Stewardesses" and the longest word typed in just one row of the keyboard is the word typewriter. So what word do you want? The first book ever written on a typewriter was "Tom Sawyer". The only fifteen-letter word that can be spelled without repeating any letters is the word "uncopyrightable" Of course, I can't think of many other 15 letter words so you will have to take my word for it. Maybe I am suffering from the state of "lethologica" which is not being able to remember the word you want. Laugh twenty times a day!
