MILK FISH PATTY Patty:
Sauce:
For Patty, mix well spring onions and Asian celery with the shredded milk fish. Add seasoning, calamansi juice and salt, mix evenly to fish mixture and add the flour. Once done, get a small amount of mixture, press in your palm making it like a burger patty. Deep/roll formed milk fish mixture to Japanese crumbs, enough to cover whole patty. Deep fry the patty. Once patty turned to golden brown, take it and damp with paper towel to drain excess oil. Fish Patty is perfect with sweet- spicy vinegar sauce. For Sauce, mix sugar, cayenne pepper and fish paste (if desired) in vinegar. Beat well and serve with the milk fish patty.

I call this recipe Young Chow Rice World since I incorporate here different style of making the Young Chow Rice in Asia. I also made some twist on the recipe to make it more mouth-watering for Americans. Ingredients:
Sauté garlic and onion in low heat and once caramelized, toss the green peas, carrots and corn. Once veggies are tender, mix the shrimps, spam, and bacon. Once shrimp turned red, pour the rice and toss very well. Pour beaten eggs to the rice and toss until the eggs blend well. Season the young chow rice and serve hot with Milk Fish Patty and vinegar!
