My Happy Family Birthday, a lot of Fun and Games and the kids loved it!

I just want to say thank you to all my friends and family for making my birthday yesterday a truly special and memorable one!

I received so many emails, text messages, phone calls etc and was also spoilt with presents from many - thank you to all the ladies who came around yesterday morning for brunch and brought a lot of marvellous gifts with them. Special thanks too to Vanessa for taking the kids for the night and giving Morten and me a night out for dinner and some time to ourselves.

As most of you already know, Morten gave me a truly remarkable and unique present, one which came wrapped up in a backpack along with a towel, some sun cream, a bottle of water, some fruit and a bag of sea salt: AND a plane ticket to Israel giving me a week's detox, yoga and meditation by the dead sea! I leave in November, entrusting my children once again to my wonderful husband and my wonderful lady friends who always rally around and take care of things when I can't be here. Thanks girlies!

If I had known that turning 40 was going to be so good and my family so wonderful, I would have done it ages ago! Thanks again for giving me a very happy birthday!
